How the tools work
The generators use the browser’s cryptographic random-number API. Password characters, words, and PIN digits are selected in the page rather than requested from a generation service. The strength checker is a limited local heuristic, not a breach lookup or security guarantee. Exact limitations are described beneath each tool and in the guides.
